Strategy, design, and technology. I orchestrate teams of specialists in engineering, sound, scenography, and software to ensure the idea reaches the real world intact.
Ideas emerge from questions, are fueled by knowledge, spread through radiation, and create waves of reverberation.
Conception and execution of physical-digital experiences, from idea to operation. Direction and production of brand films, installations, and products.
Rebranding, marketing operations restructuring, and marketing direction as CMO, a model fully applied at AltoQi.
Selecting specialists and building teams that span multiple disciplines: engineering, sound, set design, software, and design. Teams formed for the problem, not the organizational chart.
I had the pleasure of interviewing and hiring Thiago as an instructor for the digital education program I led for McCann Worldgroup. Thiago received excellent feedback from participants in Brazil, so we hired him to be our instructor in Mexico as well.

Thiago is synonymous with innovation and strategic design. He has built a team capable of creating and implementing high-level design for branding and user experience projects. He spares no effort to ensure the best in every delivery. He is a connector and a leader of talent.

Lemonade has the potential to transform how people interact with brands through technology. As president of ABRADi, I see the talent and dedication that Thiago and his team put into Lemonade, and the transformation they are bringing to our industry.

Lemonade is one of the most innovative companies in Blumenau and is very important to our ecosystem. As president of the city's Commercial and Industrial Association, I can state that in just a few years it has become one of the most sought-after companies by major brands and agencies in the country. Thiago is considered one of the leaders in innovation.

I have never delivered a living architecture project. I say this before anything else, because it is what matters most.
What I have done is the engineering it requires. Custom hardware that reads presence and movement, spatial audio, and proprietary software running in continuous operation for months. The technique is the same. What changes is the clock.
An installation lasts minutes and needs to impress. A living space lasts for years, and anything that catches your attention twice becomes an annoyance the third time. Technology must disappear into habit. It is a more difficult design problem, and that is exactly why it interests me.
A small expedition to the Xingu to discover the human and territorial landscapes, natural, without artifice.
Nothing remains untouched. In the cycles of time, The Garden of Life is born and withers. In the meeting of the elements—water, earth, air, and fire—space and time are suspended. The only possible immersion is inward.
And what germinates? What sprouts in each person, from each person? And what do their hands cultivate, harvest, and reap?

The forms come from the expression. The narratives are not mine.
Everything is in the people. In the Xingu, in the isolation, being far from everything, I found a feeling that everything has changed in the reality of those who live there. But they look with the same love as always. There is a glow that remains, a spark of the beauty that exists within this humanity that exists, survives, and endures.
In my view, it is not about extracting or pulling anything out. I remove myself from the scene. I disappear. The crew disappears. A person, where they live, in their own space, looks at the camera and speaks freely. The camera is the other and it is the mirror. By speaking, they listen to themselves.
The process I try to embody aims not to manipulate, to interfere as little as possible. My role as an artist is merely to serve as a starting point. To open, stimulate, uncover, provide a channel, and break through our isolation.
A work structured by a gaze that directs... No! That’s not what I want. I want to give voice and enable listening. The work exists somewhere between speech and silence, between the mirage and the landscape.
